The only flaw in your arguement is you assume Government wants to run efficently and cost effectively much like a privately run business as you describe above. Governement is unable by their nature due to being unaccountable and they are unwilling due to their need to for control and power. Politicians have only one true desire, the need to be self serving. Don’t waste your time trying to change Mr Flores as his reward has already been detailed in Dante’s Inferno. Instead continue to control your own behavior and your reward will be in God’s Kingdom.

I have a son that has been served by regional center services. Because of the many prompt and valuable early intervention services, he is no longer eligible to be a regional center client.

I respectfully suggest that you, Mr. Florez, consult with Mr. Riddick. Perhaps you will gain the knowledge needed to run the state into the black, not the red.

Please don’t waste your time on an agency that is fiscally responsible, and has employees that work themselves into the ground absorbing the work of vacant positions.
